Section 85(1) in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
(1)Applications for grant for the purchase of furniture, equipments, appliances and games and sports materials shall be submitted in i7orm II to the Administrator by the 1st day of September of the financial year preceding that in which the grant, if approved, is to be paid, and a detailed list, with the coast of each item, shall be invariably furnished with each application.
