Section 9(1) in Orissa Civil Services (Compassionate Grant) Rules, 1964
(1)All applications received shall subject to the provisions of these rules be considered by a Committee to be constituted for the purpose in the Finance Department which shall consist of the Chief Minister, the Minister of Finance, the Minister, Political and Services Department and the Chief Secretary.
