Section 23(1) in The Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal And Other Manual Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Welfare) Act, 1969
(1)The State Government may at any time appoint any person to the State Government in that behalf to investigate or enquire into the working of any Board or scheme and submit a report.
