Section 7 in The Gujarat Private Forests (Acquisition) Act, 1973
7. Application for payment of amount.
- Any owner of a private forest entitled to payment of an amount under section 6 shall, within the prescribed period, make an application in the prescribed form, to the Collector for determining the amount payable to him under section 6.
