Section 10(1) in The U.P. Water Management And Regulatory Commission Act, 2008
(1)The Commission shall meet at such time and place within the State as the Chairperson may think fit and shall observe such rules of procedure in transaction of business at its meeting (including the quorum at its meetings) as may be determined by regulations.
