Section 7(1) in The West Bengal Government Land (Regulation of Transfer) Act, 1993
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, lessee may, for the purpose of transfer of Government land held by him on lease to his relation, make an application to the competent authority in such manner as may be prescribed.
