(b)It is most important that Investigating Officers should see that articles on which finger prints may be found are not carelessly handled, but are carefully preserved till the arrival of an expert from the Finger Print Squad. When prostitutes have been drugged for the purpose of robbery or have been murdered for wrongful gain all tumblers or bottles should be guarded with particular care.
