Section 26(1) in Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board Act, 2018
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Board, or any member, officer, employee or consultant of the Board in respect of anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith, or any contract of any kind entered into by the Board in good faith in pursuance of this Act, or the regulations made, or orders or directions issued thereunder.
