Section 30(iii) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(iii)If it is not possible to open a polling station at the fixed hour by reason of disorder at the polling station or for any other sufficient reason, polling for a certain time has to be stopped, the Presiding Officer shall after recording the reasons and informing the same to the candidates or their agents, if any, keep the polling station open for a further period equal to that which lapsed between the hour appointed for the opening of the polling station and the hour at which it was actually opened or the time during the polling was stopped as the case may be.
