2 20-03-2015Issue notice to opposite party no.2 under registered cover with A.D. as well as through ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within one week, failing which this application as against him shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
In the meantime, further proceedings in connection with Complaint Case No. 1180(C) of 2004 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna shall remain stayed.
