(2)Where a certificate of naturalisation has been granted before, and the applicant takes the oath of allegiance after the commencement of this Act, the certificate shall be deemed for the purpose of this Act to have taken effect immediately before the commencement of this Act.Renunciation And Deprivation Of Citizenship
