Section 115 in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958

115. Work Card.

- Since cases have occurred in which, it being necessary to prove who was directly responsible for the entries in a particular register, such proof was not forthcoming owing to the absence of any record fixing such responsibility. Government direct that in future, each clerk or moharrir in a Collector's office shall keep a card showing the particulars given in the following form :-

This card is to be signed by the Superintendent and the clerk or moharrir concerned, and a duplicate of the same, similarly signed, is to be kept by the ministerial head of the department to which the clerk or moharrir belongs. Such ministerial head of the department will be responsible for having all charges in the nature of the work of each officer under him duly entered on the cards affected.
