Facts
By his letter dated 10.9.2008, the complainant had requested for information regarding purchase of wheat and rice etc. by FCI, Betia, through the Cooperative Societies etc. As he was not provided the requisite information, he has filed the present complaint before the Commission.
2. The matter was initially fixed for hearing on 14.4.2009 but the parties did not appear. The same story was repeated on 22.5.2009. However, in the hearing was held today dated 29.6.2009, the complainant is not present but the FCI officer named above is present. He produces a copy of the letter dated 1.5.2009 of the complainant wherein the latter has requested for dismissal of his complaint.
DECISION
3. In view of the above, the complaint is dismissed.
