(2)The Loco pilot of a banking or assisting locomotive, if any, shall, -(a)do all that they can do to prevent collision to the front portion and bring the rear portion to a stand; and(b)attract the attention of the Loco pilot in the front portion by sounding prescribed code of whistle or through approved means of communication;
