Section 17(1) in Gujarat Special Investment Region Act, 2009
(1)The provisions of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, (President's Act No. 27 of 1976) shall mutatis mutandis, apply with respect to the Development Plans and to the Town Planning Schemes made under this Act.
