Section 10(1) in The West Bengal Khadi And Village Industries Board Act, 1959
(1)On the establishment of the Board the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, transfer to the Board the rights and liabilities of the State Government in relation to such khadi industries or village industries as may be specified in the notification.
