Section 15(1) in The Maharashtra Borstal Schools Act, 1929
(1)Subject to any general or special directions of the State Government, a licence granted under section 14 may at any time be suspended by the Principal of the Borstal School or the Inspector-General for a period not exceeding three months or be revoked by the Inspector-General in consultation with the Visiting Committee. For the purposes of such revocation, the Inspector-General of the Visiting Committee may make such enquiry as he or it deems necessary, either through a Probation Officer or otherwise.
