Heard the learned counsel for the parties.         The applicants are apprehending their arrest in

connection with Crime No.127/2014 registered at Police Station Gunnaur District Panna for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/34, 304-B of IPC and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibitions Act.         Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are reputed citizen of the locality, who have no criminal past alleged against them. The applicants are sister-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, who died on 18.10.2014 due to an accident. Thereafter the parents and relatives of the deceased have kept silence for at least two weeks, and thereafter they made omnibus allegations against the husband and all family members including the applicant. The applicants have submitted the copy of SAMGRA ID to show that the applicants were not residing with the deceased and her husband.    There was no interference from the side of the applicants in day to day family affairs of the deceased and her husband. It would be apparent that a false case has been lodged against the applicants. The police is unnecessarily harassing the applicants. Under such circumstances, they pray for bail of anticipatory nature.         Learned counsel for the State opposes the application.            Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I am of the view that the applicants have a good case for grant of bail of anticipatory nature. Consequently, their application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is hereby allowed.  <span style="font-size:14.0pt; line-height:150%;font-family:"Bookman Old Style","serif";mso-bidi-font-family:

"Bitstream Vera Serif"">       It is directed that in the event of arrest, present applicants namely <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:

normal">Smt. Phool Bai and Smt. Rekha Bai shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand only) each with a solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority (Investigation Officer). <span style="font-size: 14.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Bookman Old Style","serif";mso-bidi-font-family:

"Bitstream Vera Serif"">        The applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required. They shall further abide by the other conditions enumerated in sub-Section (2) of Section 438 of Cr.P.C. <p class="MsoTitle" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:35.45pt;line-height:
