Section 6(1) in The Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Rules, 1958

(1)[Section 103 A,] [Substituted by S.O. 1461, dated 26.8.1976.] Sections 105,105A, 106,107,108,108A, 109 and 109A in Chapter X of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885 (Act VIII of 1885) shall not apply.
