Section 8(1) in The Punjab State Commission for Scheduled Castes Act, 2004
(1)The Commission may constitute such committee or committees, as may be considered necessary for the efficient performance, exercise and discharge of its functions, powers and duties, and also for dealing with such issues, as may be taken up by the Commission, from time to time.
