Section 15(b) in Maharashtra Horticulture Development Corporation Act, 1984
(b)undertake works of providing amenities and development at such selected sites either jointly with landholders or other corporate bodies and institutions or with co-operative or local authorities or on agency basis in furtherance of purpose for which the Corporation is established and all matters connected therewith;
