15. Procedure at Uncontested Election.
- After the publication of the list of contesting candidates if the number of [contesting candidates] [Substituted by G.N. 2.8.1975.] does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled in, the Returning Officer shall forthwith declare such candidates to be duly elected to fill such vacancies, and report the names of such candidates to the state Government.
