115. Payment of compensation.
- A compensation for the premise or vehicle acquired under [Rule 114] [Inserted by Rule 5 of Amdt. Rules, 2007 vide Notification No. 5595, dated 29.11.2007, Published in Bihar Gazette (Extra-ordinary) dated 4.12.2007.] by the District Election Officer shall be made at a rate prescribed by the Government.
