Section 4(1) in Rajasthan Tenancy (Government) Rules, 1955
(1)In villages where settlement operations are in progress, the Settlement Officer shall take action for the demarcation of pasture land after making a summary enquiry from the villagers with regard to the area in which the cattle of the village are usually grazed and after consultation with the Village Panchayat.
