Section 4(xx) in The Bihar State Information Commission (Management) Regulation, 2007
(xx)The Registrar may with the approval of the State Chief Information Commissioner delegate to a Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar or Assistant Registrar any function required to be performed under these Regulations.
