252. Which interview to be within sight but out of hearing.
- Every interview between an unconvicted criminal prisoner and his legal adviser shall take place within the sight, but out of hearing of a prison official. A similar concession may, subject to the provisions of rule 249, be allowed by the Superintendent in the case of an interview with near relatives that is to say, father, mother, brother, sister, husband, wife and children of such prisoner.
