Section 8(1) in The Punjab Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1953
(1)The owner of every cotton pressing factory shall cause every bale pressed in the factory to be marked in such manner as may be prescribed, before it is removed from the press house, with a serial number and with the mark allotted to the factory.
