178. When preparation of paper book to be undertaken.
- The preparation of a paper book under this Chapter shall not be undertaken unless:-(a)the appellant has made an application for paper book: or(b)where the appeal has been dismissed but the cross-objection, if any, consists, the respondent filing the cross-objection has made an application for paper book.
