(b)In cases requiring urgent action in pursuance of the order issued by the Commission, the concerned Private Secretary shall send the file at once to the Registrar, who shall arrange for the communication of the order either by fax or telephone or speed post or telegram and then transmit the record to the concerned section for further action.
