1. The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India on behalf of the petitioner seeking directions to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to initiate action with respect to illegal and unauthorised construction stated to be carried out by respondent Nos. 3 & 4 at the property bearing Building No. H-5, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi-110034 and in this regard has referred to notice dated 01.09.2021 issued under Sections 30(1) & 31(3) of DD Act.

3. Learned counsels, as above, accept notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4 respectively.

4. It is informed that the building activity in the area is still controlled by the DDA. Let an inspection be made within seven days from today and Status Report in this regard be placed on record before the next date of hearing.

5. Learned Senior Counsel for respondent Nos. 3 & 4 submits that the petition is motivated as the petitioner is none other than the son of one of the Directors of respondent No. 3.
