Section 176(3) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(3)Within sixty days after the receipt of an application under subsection (1) the Kshettra Panchayat shall either sanction the laying out or the making of the street on such conditions as it may think fit to impose or disallow it or ask for further information with respect to it within a specified reasonable period.
