11. Enforcing surrender of possession.
- If the Collector or any other officer acting under his direction is opposed, register or impended in obtaining possession in accordance with the provision of this Act over any property to which this Act applies, such Collector shall, If a Magistrate, enforce the surrender of such property and, if not aMagistrate, he shall send a requisition to a Magistrate who shall enforce such surrender.
