Section 33(1) in The Maharashtra Acupuncture System of Therapy Act, 2015
(1)Any person or institution aggrieved by any decision or any order of the Council under section 22 of this Act may prefer an appeal before the Cognizance of State Government in such form and manner, within such time, on such conditions and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed.
