Section 23(7) in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973
(7)Any person who [contravenes] [Word substituted for the words 'erects any structure or building in contravention of by W.B. Act 37 of 1984.] the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be liable on conviction by a Magistrate to a fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees.
