Section 65(1) in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Gujarat University Act, 1949,(Bom. L of 1949.) or in the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations, Rules and orders made thereunder, the colleges and the departments and the centres situated within the University area shall, from the date of the commencement of this Act, cease to be the colleges, departments or, as the case may be, centres of the Gujarat University and shall be transferred to and vest in the University.
