218. Loading of public service vehicle on ferry boats.
- The driver, conductor, or other person incharge of a public service vehicle shall cause all passengers to alight before embarking the said vehicle on any ferry boat and shall not allow them to take their places in the vehicle until it has been dis-embarked.
