Section 1 in The Karnataka Service Examinations Act, 1976
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Service Examinations Act, 1976.(2)[ This section and all the other sections except section 8 shall be deemed to have come in to force on the First day of November, 1956. Section 8 shall be deemed to have come into force on the eleventh day of April, 1974.] [Substituted by Act 25 of 1982 w.e.f. 21.5.1976.]
