Section 39(2)(b) in Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Banks Act, 1979

(b)Where such action is taken by the trustee, the provisions of this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder shall apply in respect thereto all references to the [Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted for 'Land Development' vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987.] or to its committee in the said provisions were references to the trustee.
