Section 31(4) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha
(4)Unless the Speaker otherwise directs, not more than three resolutions (in addition to any resolution which is outstanding under the proviso to rule 29) shall be set down in the list of business for any day allotted for the disposal of private members' resolutions.
