(6)The officer shall be responsible for audit of accounts of the University at least once every year and at intervals of not more than fifteen months, Audit shall be done by the Examiner, Local Accounts :Provided that the Chancellor may, on the recommendation of the Executive Council in the case of casual vacancy, may ask the Registrar to perform the duties of Finance Officer.
