Section 10(4) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Rules, 2006
(4)The intimation shall be made in Form 9. The police officer and the court of law on receipt of the intimation under sub rule (3) of rule 10. shall proceed as per sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 152 of the Act.
