Section 20(1) in U.P. Zila Panchayat Monitoring Cell Gazetted Officers' Service Rules, 2004
(1)Subject to the promotions of sub-rule (2) a probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of the period of probation or the extended period of probation if-(a)his work and conduct is reported to be satisfactory, and(b)his integrity is certified.
