Section 28(1) in The Consumer Protection (Amendment) Act, 2002
(1)The National Commission may, with the previous approval of the Central Government, by notification, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act to provide for all matters for which provi ion is necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
