Section 88 in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Finance, Budget and Accounts Rules, 2014
88. Issue.
- Articles of stores shall be issued against proper indents and written acknowledgement shall be obtained from the person to whom the stores have been ordered to be issued by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer or the Executive Officer, as the case may be. Where the indents are modified, the indenting officer or official shall be informed of the modification.
