Section 28(3) in The Bombay Reorganisation Act, 1960
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), the Judges and division courts of the High Court of Gujarat may sit at such other place of places in the State of Gujarat other than its principal seat as the Chief Justice may, with the approval of the Governor of Gujarat, appoint.
