Section 11(1) in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors) Regulations, 2019
(1)A creditor, who is included in the list of creditors, shall be entitled to participate in the meetings of creditors.
