Section 992(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)Receipts for stores issued the Allahabad or Fort William Arsenal shall be signed and returned by receiving officers without delay through the Deputy Inspector-General of the Range to the Ordnance Officer-in-charge of the Arsenal, with a view to their transmission to the Examiner of Ordnance Accounts as vouchers for the adjustment of ordnance accounts.
