(2B)When a Minister, Minister of State or Deputy Minister while making a journey by road in a motor car provided by the State Government, has to undertake in the public interest further journey by train or by air, he shall be entitled to the petrol charges incurred by him for the return of the motor car to the city of Bangalore from the place at which he ceases to use the motor car.
