20. Banks to display salient features of the bo scheme for common knowledge of public.-
(1)The banks covered by the Scheme shall ensure that the purpose of the Scheme and the name and address of the Banking Ombudsman to whom the complaints are to be made by the aggrieved party are displayed in all of the office premises in such a manner and at such place, so that it is put to notice of common public visiting the respective office premises of the bank.(2)The banks covered by the Scheme shall ensure that a copy of the Scheme is made available with the designated officer of the bank for perusal in the office premises of the bank if anyone desires to do so and common notice to such effect about the availability of the Scheme with such designated officer is displayed along with the notice to be displayed by the banks as per sub-clause (1) of this clause.
