(ii)Every Nomination paper shall be accompanied by a fee of [Rs. 2500/-] [Vide Council Resolution dated. 7.10.01, approved by the B.C.I. Resolution dated 22-25/12/01 vide L. No. BCI/178/9.1.02.] which is non-refundable.
